Shipping policy

PurErb Skincare ships all orders via UPS or USPS to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note shipping to PO Boxes or APO addresses is done via USPS only.

Shipping times vary by product, but most orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Orders should be received within 3-6 business days after the order has shipped.

For overseas orders, we do not guarantee tracking information or final delivery. An email notification that includes includes shipping information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped.

Please note that international orders may have additional duty or customs charges added to shipping fees. For international orders and returns, we are unable to refund duty, customs or additional shipping fees.
